Glass bangles are broken into pieces and artfully stuck on a frame to make this unique convertible clutch. You must be thinking "why make the bangles if you are going to break them anyway?". This is a way of recycling. Somebody wore these bangles, got bored, sold them to this guy who paid a couple bucks for a pound. He then takes them to this other artsy guy who fashions old bangles into awesome clutches.
