Dhokra art is one of the earliest known methods of non-ferrous metal casting known to human civilization. Brass cast-wax figurine from the Dhokra Damar tribes, the traditional metalsmiths of West Bengal. Their technique of lost-wax casting is named after their tribe, hence Dhokra metal casting.
